Roadiva is an independently operated roadside assistance coordination service.

The Roadiva brand, website, content, logos, trademarks, service descriptions, and other materials displayed on this website are owned by or used by Roadiva with appropriate authorization.

Roadiva does not operate its own fleet of roadside service vehicles and does not directly employ every technician who may perform roadside assistance services.

Roadiva coordinates customers with independent roadside service providers who may perform services such as towing, flat-tire assistance, battery jump starts, vehicle lockout assistance, fuel delivery, and vehicle recovery.

The independent service provider performing a customer's roadside service is responsible for carrying out the physical service in accordance with applicable laws and professional requirements.

Roadiva's role is to facilitate and coordinate roadside assistance requests between customers and available independent service providers.
